Terms of use
Last updated 1 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use DashPro (the "service"), an online system for managing bookings, invoices, payments and staff for service businesses. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the logins you create for your staff. Tell us straight away at support@dashpro.co.za if you think someone else has got into your account.
3. Free trial and plans
New accounts start with a free trial. No card is needed to start. After the trial you can choose a monthly plan. Prices are shown in South African Rand on our website and may change. We will give you notice before a change affects you. Plan limits (such as the number of customers or staff logins) apply as described for each plan.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through PayFast. We never see or store your card details. If a payment fails we may limit your account until it is paid. You can cancel at any time from the Plan and billing page. Cancelling stops future payments. Amounts already paid for the current month are not refunded unless the law requires it.
5. Your data
The information you put into the service (your customers, bookings, invoices, payments and so on) belongs to you. You can export it at any time. You promise that you have the right to store your customers' details in the service and that you will use it lawfully. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, to attempt to access other businesses' information, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. Invoices, payroll and other documents
The service helps you prepare invoices, statements, payslips and similar documents. You remain responsible for checking that they are correct and that they meet your legal, tax and labour obligations. The service is a tool and does not replace advice from an accountant, tax practitioner or labour adviser.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance and make changes and improvements from time to time.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be limited.
10. Ending your account
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms or is unpaid. If an account is closed, we will keep your data for a reasonable period so you can export it, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you by email or in the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
